Welcome to the Law Office of Burton S. Roth, I am an experienced tax attorney with one goal in mind: resolve your tax problems with the best possible outcome.  I personally handle both civil and criminal IRS and State tax problems.  My background as a private attorney and former IRS investigator (Special Agent) has provided me with a unique perspective and ability to resolve tax problems.
